Sales Manager – Quantum Computing

Are you ready to drive the commercialisation of cutting-edge quantum computing technology?

We are looking for ahigh-calibre sales professionalto spearhead commercial growth for a world-leadingquantum computing start-up. Backed by significant investment and government grants, this company has already set world records in quantum performance.. Now, it’s time to scale.

AsSales Manager, you’ll be the company’s first dedicated sales hire, working directly with C-Level to build the commercial strategy, close high-value deals, and position quantum computing as a game-changer across industries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and executego-to-market sales strategiesfor quantum computing solutions
  • Identify and cultivatehigh-value partnershipswith governments, financial institutions, and large-scale enterprises
  • Sell the vision—educate the market on quantum’s potential while securing commercial deals
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate complex concepts intocompelling business cases
  • Close deals—this is not just an ecosystem-building role; it’s about delivering revenue

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a proventechnical sales professionalor business development expert with experience in deep tech markets such asquantum computing, robotics, AI or high-performance computing (HPC). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing high-value contracts and scaling sales pipelines, particularly in startup or high-growth environments.

  • 5-10 yearsof experience intechnical sales or business development, ideally inHPC, robotics, AI, or advanced computing
  • Ability tosell complex technology solutionsto technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong academic and technical background inphysics, engineering, computer science, or related fields
  • Experience in astart-up or high-growth environment—you need to be adaptable and hands-on
  • A strategic mindset but also adeal closer.
