As we continue to grow and expand our product offerings, we are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the success of our laser technology products. Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of our laser technology product portfolio, defining our value proposition and driving go-to-market strategy. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product development and commercialization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in laser technology combined with excellent business acumen and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for laser technology products at our ProPhotonix Laser and Z-Laser business units, aligned with company goals and market trends. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market/customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the laser industry. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams at our locations in Germany and the UK to define product requirements, specifications, and features. Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and drive project milestones to meet deadlines. Define pricing strategy and go-to-market plans for new product introductions and existing product updates. Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to optimize inbound lead generation, supporting new product launches and sales efforts. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction throughout Europe and North America. Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, market feedback, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements related to laser technology products. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the laser industry or related technology field. Strong technical background and understanding of laser technology principles and applications. Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from concept to commercialization. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
