About the role
To handle a caseload of small claims motor recoveries files Carry out any investigative work where required Drafting court documents Negotiating liability and quantum Instructing / briefing counsel as well as carrying out enforcement action against debtors who fail to settle the judgements we obtain on behalf of our clients
About you
Essential
Previous experience working in a Legal environment The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, whilst working to strict deadlines Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and carefully analyse files and sensitive data Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
Previous experience running a motor recoveries caseload Wider knowledge of the motor recoveries market, in terms of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities Demonstrable knowledge of the importance and use of Management Information
