The Role

As the personal injury EL/PL department continues to grow, the firm is seeking to appoint a Litigation Executive to manage their own caseload, advising on liability and quantum for fast track and multi-track cases up to £100,000.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with litigated cases in Employers' Liability and Public Liability.

You will oversee cases from initial instruction, which includes taking witness statements, reviewing complex disclosures, instructing counsel, attending conferences and trials, assessing quantum, and making settlement offers.

Candidate Profile:

• Paralegal with experience managing an EL/PL caseload
• Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and handle a diverse caseload
• Capable of working both collaboratively within a team and independently
• Excellent legal insight and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional and effective in communication with clients and team members
• Understanding of case law, litigation practices, and SRA Standards & Regulations
