Kennedys is looking to enhance and strengthen is Disease team due to organic growth within the practice area. The team is currently looking for an experienced Litigation Executive/Associate to assist the Partners with defendant Disease related claims within our Sheffield, Manchester or Leeds offices.

This is a great opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients on defendant personal injury work.

Team

Our national practice services personal injury claims from seven office locations across the UK. We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices.

We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.

Required experience 

3-5+ years' experience of defendant personal injury claims gained within a law firm.* Track record of capably handling a caseload of fast-track and DCP claims Experience of client contact Experience of supervision of junior lawyers Experience of providing client training/writing articles and bulletins Defendant disease litigation work.
