What You’ll Be Doing:

*

Source and compile quotes for parts and services in line with customer needs

*

Provide quotations using in-stock items or by sourcing compliant materials

*

Keep sales opportunities and client information up to date in Salesforce

*

Support the Sales Director with daily operations

*

Investigate and resolve any issues related to non-conforming materials

*

Follow strict traceability guidelines for all parts and components

*

Track shipments and coordinate with freight partners to ensure timely delivery

*

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both customers and suppliers

*

Negotiate sales terms and close agreements confidently

*

Help forecast and monitor revenue and margin targets

*

Some travel may be required from time to time

What We’re Looking For:

*

At least 1 year of experience in an inside sales or sales support role

*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*

Highly self-motivated and able to work independently

*

Familiarity with Quantum CRM, Salesforce, ILS, and Aeroxchange is desirable

*

Skilled in maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships

*

Confident negotiator with a commercial mindset

*

Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

*

Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
