We are looking for an experienced Loss Adjuster tomanage a range of Property claims effectively, providing servicedelivery within clients SLAs. Your portfolio of claims will includeDomestic, Heritage, High Net Worth, Places of Worship, PropertyOwners, and Small/Medium size business in the South, South East,Hampshire, Dorset and surrounding areas.We’re also developing ournew claims software which launches at the end of 2024, so you’ll beworking with the latest technology and equipment, giving youinstant access to claims information when you need it.Alongside ourcolleagues, our values are the heart of everything we do, so it’sequally important that you’ll embrace our vision. You’ll be joiningour dedicated team of adjusters who have an extensive collectiveexperience dealing with claims within these sectors, with manybeing named approved adjusters for several specialist insurers andhave a clear understanding of the different demands that suchclaims present.About the Role:You’ll have a proven record ofmanaging a mixed portfolio of claims autonomously and be able todemonstrate a track record of providing excellent customer service.If you’re looking for personal development, our culture is topartner our employees via guidance and mentoring to support careerprogression.Responsibilities:Investigate and manage propertyclaims, ensuring exceptional and consistent technical quality ismaintained throughout the lifecycle of each claimPrepare reportscommenting in detail on all aspects of the claim, including policyanalysis, quantum, and future actionsInstruct and control claimrelated experts as appropriateCommunicate regularly with allinterested parties, calculate and approve interim payments,preparing interim reports and other communication asrequiredCalculate and agree settlement of claims, and prepare finalreportsDevelop and nurture working relationships with existingclients and exceed their expectationsQualifications:Ideally beACILA qualified or working towards qualificationRequiredSkills:Customer focus with a track record of delivering outstandinglevels of service within the Loss Adjusting sectorAbility to workon your own initiative and take ownership of your own caseload ofclaims, seeking assistance as necessaryEnsures all activities anddecisions improve the service provided for clientsBuilds trust andrespect by keeping to the commitments madeCommunicate effectivelyin all situationsSeek feedback and invests time in their ownself-development both technically and personallyExcellentorganizational & communications skillsA positive attitude and aproactive approach to solving problemsAble to coordinate a varietyof actions concurrentlyAbility to work to giventargetsConscientious, hard working as well as flexible andadaptable during times of surgePay range and compensation package:Acompetitive base salary and bonus based on your level of experience& qualifications.
