We are now looking for an NPD Team Leader to lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team in Southampton.

Working with an innovative developer of cutting edge products for the Quantum Technologies, your responsibilities will include line managing the team, project managing development activities, delivering the NPD roadmap and working closely the sales and delivery teams on customer lead activities.

You should have strong attention to detail, demonstrate initiative and enjoy working in a structured but adaptable manner.

Experience:

You should bring strong line management experience including leading a multidisciplinary engineering team in a similar manufacturing environment.

Knowledge and experience of manufacturing optics, photonics, lasers or fiber optics is essential for this role.

Qualifications:

Ideally you should have a relevant degree or gained equivalent knowledge through working in a similar industry.

Additional information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK. Copies of Passports and / or Visas will be requested for verification.

Candidates MUST hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.
