Key Responsibilities:

Manage multi-track personal injury cases.
Investigate liability and quantum.
Review medical records and take witness statements.
Draft court documents and provide complex client advice.
Attend conferences and negotiate settlements.

With a strong pipeline of instructions from existing clients, we’re looking for atechnically skilled and ambitious Lawyerwho thrives on delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships.

The Candidate

Experience working on Multi-Track Personal Injury claims is essential - whether claimant or defendant
Background of EL/PL and/or motor claims or clinical negligence
Good commercial awareness with an ability to provide commercially rounded advice to clients and view matters from a business perspective
A flexible attitude with an ability to adapt to rapid change, both internally and in the context of clients’ businesses
