MISSION

Drive business growth bymanaging existing client relationshipsandacquiring new customersin the photonics sector. The role focuses on expanding the company's market presence, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term partnerships within the scientific and industrial communities.


GOALS

  • Client Relationship Management:Provide expert consultation and support to existing clients in both academia and industry, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • New Business Acquisition:Identify and engage potential customers, effectively communicating the value and capabilities of the company's photonic solutions to expand the client base.
  • Sales Achievement:Independently manage national and international sales opportunities, leading to successful deal closures and the attainment of defined sales objectives.
  • Key Account Development:Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, understanding their evolving needs and positioning the company as their preferred partner for photonic solutions.
  • Network Expansion:Actively broaden the customer and partner network through close collaboration with sales and marketing teams, enhancing the company's market reach.


FUNCTIONS

  • Consultation and Support:Advise and support existing clients from the scientific and industrial sectors, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Tender Management:Independently handle national and international tenders, preparing proposals that align with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Sales Responsibility:Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Key Account Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Network Development:Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to expand the customer and partner network, participating in customer presentations and demonstrations.
  • Event Participation:Support and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and seminars, showcasing products and services to potential clients.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Background:A Ph.D. in a relevant field of optical technologies or a Master's degree with extensive professional experience.
  • Sales Experience:Proven success in sales within the photonics industry, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Language Proficiency:Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Travel Willingness:Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Customer Orientation:Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, capable of understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
