As a Business Development Manager, you will:


  1. Leading new sales generation, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
  3. Understand the business objectives of your customers and perform a value-driven sales cycle.
  4. Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
  5. You will consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success.
  6. Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
  7. Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions.
  8. Create ROI and business justification reports based off of a data driven approach.
  9. Run tight POCs based off of business success criteria.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of sourcing and closing six and seven-figure new logo deals within a given territory.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - preferred but not required.
  3. Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with $1M+ quota and top performer track record.
  4. Previous experience building relationships and selling face to face to C-level executives.
  5. Knowledge of generative AI and a familiarity with large language models (LLMs).
  6. Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
  7. Previous experience working with teammates including SEs, executives & engineers.
  8. Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using sales methodologies is a plus.
  9. Excellent English, and fluency in Spanish.

  4. A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for learning.
  5. Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., pipedrive, sales navigator) and lead generation tools.
  7. Ability to learn, pitch and demo a technical product, and to adapt in a fast-growing environment.
  8. Effective, repeatable methods for uncovering opportunities and building out a new territory.

  1. Advanced experience: Prior experience in technical sales.
  2. Industry knowledge: Understanding of market trends in AI, LLM, quantum computing and related technologies.
