Associate Director

I have partnered with the UK’s leading Real Consultancy to grow their property management team.

They currently have 3 offices, spread across London, Manchester and Birmingham.

My client is looking to hire an Associate Director in the Central London office. The position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse commercial portfolio, including central London offices of up to 500,000 Sqft and retail parks of up to 300,000 Sqft. They work with a range of clients, predominantly Prop-Cos.

The role will report to the Director. My client has strong relationships and network in the real estate market and is keen to find someone who will take advantage of that to maximise their success.

This is an appropriate position for a Senior Surveyor looking to level up or an Associate Director looking to work in a dynamic team with a growth mindset.
