We are seeking aMaterials Coordinator II in ourBrooklyn Park, MN, location. The Materials Coordinator II will be responsible for Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, Cycle Counts, Kitting, and moving material as it comes into and leaves the Stockroom, Cleanrooms, Labs, and Dock. They will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where processes and stocking locations will evolve as the company grows and scales.All applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test. Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently performs assigned processes to meet the required daily material handling and logistics activities.
  • Accurately and efficiently moves material to and from the stockroom floor to support manufacturing and engineering activities.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Performs inventory control transactions for incoming receipts, cycle counts, material movements and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
  • Performs asset management activities and provides guidance to stakeholders on utilization and disposal processes.
  • Utilizes SAP S4 HANA modules for Materials Management, Shipping and Receiving, and Warehouse Management to complete transactions and process flows per standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborates and communicates with Purchasing, Engineering, Finance and Others involved in the shipment and receipt of products for shipment information.
  • Incorporates continuous improvement by evaluating processes for all material movements to improve asset management, cycle count accuracy, and inventory controls.
  • Must be able to lift 45lbs
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High School diploma/GED minimum required
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management, and ERP Systems required.
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
  • WE VALUE:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
  • Experience with logistics, import/export processes, and warehouse operations.
  • Experience preparing parts for shipment, able to use palletize tools (pallet jack, pallet wraps, banding)
  • Experience processing shipments using UPS and FedEx software
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintaining a clean and safe warehousing environment
  • Experience filing documentation to support international shipments.
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Working knowledge of data quality, cleansing and validation
  • Desire to work in a fast pace, engaging and rewarding environment
  • Self-starter and Team-player who can also work independently
