Key Responsibilities:
Safely manage operational tasks of Receiving/Shipping, Asset Management, Logistics and Inventory ControlPerforms inventory transactions for incoming receipts, cycle counts, material movements, and reconciling inventory discrepancies.Accurately and efficiently move material to and from the stockroom to support engineering and R&D activitiesTrack, trace, and update the status of inbound and outbound shipments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in material flow, asset capitalization, cycle count accuracy, RFID tagging and inventory managementCollaborate with Shipment Carriers, Procurement, Finance and Technical Teams to resolve shipment issuesMaintain full material traceability, inventory storage, and documentation readinessAnalyze operational procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsUtilizes SAP S4 HANA modules for Materials Management, Shipping and Receiving, and Warehouse Management to complete transactions and process flows per standard operating procedures.Cross-train to support site operations and facilities management as necessaryMust be able to lift 45lbsYOU MUST HAVE:
High School diploma/GED minimum requiredMinimum 3+ years of experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management, and ERP Systems (preferably SAP).Minimum 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations in new development, high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industriesDue to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.WE VALUE:
