Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and developquantum algorithms and software to optimize AI models and solve high-dimensional, complex problems.
  • Collaborate closely withdata scientists,AI researchers, and hardware engineers to integrate quantum computing solutions with classical AI workflows.
  • Build and testquantum machine learningmodels on leading quantum computing platforms (e.g., IBM Q, Google Cirq, Rigetti).
  • Implementquantum error correctionmethods to improve the reliability and scalability of quantum algorithms.
  • Contribute to the design ofhybrid quantum-classical architectures, optimizing the use of quantum resources where they provide computational advantages.
  • Maintain and optimize existing quantum libraries, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge research inquantum computingandAIto continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced degreeinComputer Science,Physics,Mathematics, or a related field with a focus onquantum computing.
  • 3+ yearsof experience working with quantum computing technologies.
  • Strong background inquantum algorithmssuch asShor’sandGrover’s algorithms,quantum error correction, andquantum machine learning.
  • Proficiency in quantum development frameworks likeQiskit,Cirq, orQuipper.
  • Solid understanding ofAIandmachine learningprinciples, with experience in implementing ML models.
  • Experience with classical programming languages such asPython,C++, orJava.
  • Familiarity withquantum gates,qubits,superposition, andentanglement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex algorithms and large-scale quantum systems.
  • A passion for learning and keeping pace with quantum and AI advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience withquantum hardwareplatforms (e.g., D-Wave, Rigetti, IBM Quantum).
  • Prior research or hands-on experience withquantum AIapplications orquantum neural networks.
  • Strong mathematical skills inlinear algebra,probability, andstatistics.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating across quantum and AI fields.
  • Publications or contributions to the open-source quantum computing community.
