Role Overview

The Lead Consultant is responsible for conducting in-depth reviews of shared service models, evaluating delivery frameworks, and developing recommendations for Target Operating Models (TOM).

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed evaluations of existing shared services frameworks to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Develop comprehensive reports and recommendations for alternative service delivery models.
  
• Analyze cost, quality, and performance metrics using balanced scorecard methodologies.
  
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment on proposed changes.
  
• Provide insights into ERP system governance, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in shared services strategy and operational improvements.
  
• Proficiency in governance frameworks and balanced scorecard methodologies.
  
• Strong experience with UNIT4 ERP systems or similar platforms.
  
• Certified Management Consultant (CMC) preferred.
