The Role

The successful candidate will join a dynamic Industrial Disease team within an award-winning Personal Injury department. The team represents clients both nationally and internationally, with a focus on Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Taking initial instructions from clients
  2. Applying for and reviewing records
  3. Obtaining medical evidence
  4. Handling quantum and negotiations
  5. Issuing proceedings and taking cases to conclusion

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have NQ to 5 years of PQE in disease work, preferably with experience in Noise Damage. Paralegals with comparable skills are also encouraged to apply. Strong client-facing experience and excellent communication skills are essential. The ability to manage your own caseload and the confidence to seek guidance when necessary are crucial. Knowledge of CLB, LCB, or MNIHL would be advantageous.
