Key Responsibilities
Quality & Delivery

Deliver clear, independent quantum advice for dispute resolution processes.

Provide constructive challenge to client assumptions with sound commercial reasoning.

Produce high-quality expert reports in line with industry and internal standards.

Manage project milestones and ensure timely, professional outputs.

Enhance internal tools, templates, and quality processes.

Monitor and manage the financial performance of the London office.

Lead on fee negotiations and ensure commissions remain profitable.

Forecast revenue and support with billing and recovery.

Business Development

Identify and secure new instructions in the disputes sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, clients, and consultants.

Contribute to winning work through proposals, interviews, and marketing.

Represent the firm at industry events and through thought leadership.

Leadership

Lead and develop a growing London based team.

Mentor junior staff and support their development and retention.

Conduct performance reviews and manage team performance.

Uphold and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
