We are recruiting, on behalf of a leading construction consultancy, for an experiencedDirect Quantum Expertto take a senior leadership role in their London office. This is a standout opportunity for a professional ready to lead, grow a regional team, and contribute to complex, high-value disputes across the UK construction and infrastructure sectors.

You'll work closely with established expert teams across the UK, bringing your knowledge and leadership to a dynamic, high-performing environment.

About the Company
The consultancy is a recognised expert in providing services across arbitration, adjudication, and litigation. They are frequently instructed on high-profile disputes and are trusted by top-tier law firms, contractors, and clients across the industry.

Key Responsibilities
Quality & Delivery

  • Deliver clear, independent quantum advice for dispute resolution processes.

  • Provide constructive challenge to client assumptions with sound commercial reasoning.

  • Produce high-quality expert reports in line with industry and internal standards.

  • Manage project milestones and ensure timely, professional outputs.

  • Enhance internal tools, templates, and quality processes.

Financial Oversight

  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of the London office.

  • Lead on fee negotiations and ensure commissions remain profitable.

  • Forecast revenue and support with billing and recovery.

Business Development

  • Identify and secure new instructions in the disputes sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, clients, and consultants.

  • Contribute to winning work through proposals, interviews, and marketing.

  • Represent the firm at industry events and through thought leadership.

Leadership

  • Lead and develop a growing London based team.

  • Mentor junior staff and support their development and retention.

  • Conduct performance reviews and manage team performance.

  • Uphold and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
