We are looking for a Stores Person who is responsible for implementing goods received, tracking inventory, and storing goods within the allocated facilities. Duties to include supporting VAA within a fast-paced environment, and strictly complying with Part 145, EASA, and CAA regulations

Role Responsibilities:

Booking items into PrimeFlgihts inventory system (Quantum) following our booking in procedure

Relocating any items that have been or are to be transferred.

Stock Checking inventory (Monthly)

A/C preload kits, replenishing, stock adjusting and sending in time with A/C inputs.

Booking in customer repair orders and raising internal work cards

Co-ordinate internal consumable repairs/soft furnishing, ensuring on time delivery to correct destination.

Manage stores supplies, notify purchasing when item needed.

Update parts movement spreadsheets daily.

Daily shuttle runs to off-site facility.

What were looking for?

Full UK Driving License

Strong Excel skills

Computer Literate

Tracking the Movement of stock and managing the storage

Stores Experience essential, preferably within the aviation Industry

Delivery Driving Experience preferred with LWB commercial vehicles

Must work under own initiative and be able to plan workloads and prioritise.

Good Teamwork skills

Good PC knowledge

Be Able to work under pressure.
