In this role, PhD Graduate/Science Writer – Photonics / Optics (Technical Marketing), you will work closely with various teams, including R&D/Engineering and Marketing.

You will work on the company's latest products, gathering all of the relevant technical data and info from engineering and working with marketing on the creation of effective technical presentations, application images, videos, and other marketing collateral that inform and educate the photonics community about the company's products/capabilities and their applications.

Using photonics knowledge gained through extensive hands-on laboratory experience, combined with knowledge gained through discussion with engineers, this role will define and drive the forward movement of the organisation’s customer-centric marketing efforts.       

You will be PhD educated in Photonics, or a related subject. And have a strong background in using complex lab equipment to run experiments, including setting up the equipment and analytical problem-solving.

This role is heavily technical, and everyone on this team is PhD-educated.
