Are you a Senior Finance Leader looking to make a real impact? We're recruiting for a Director of Corporate Services on behalf of a well-established housing association in the South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior leader to step into a pivotal role within a respected Housing Association that holds the Investors in People Gold award.

As Director of Corporate Services, you will lead a high-performing finance function and be responsible for the integrity, transparency, and strategic alignment of our financial operations such as:

Long-term financial strategy, planning and modelling (including our 30-year business plan)
Financial policy
Treasury management and investment planning
Financial risk management and regulatory compliance
Statutory accounts, internal and external audits
Management accounting and performance reporting
Capital planning and development finance
Ensure effective governance and risk management in collaboration with the Chief Executive and Governance Manager
Support the development and financial appraisal of new housing schemes and commercial ventures
Lead the Human Resources function, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Manage the IT function ensuring the security and integrity of data
We're looking for a Director of Corporate Services who has:

Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
Strong working knowledge of financial and management accounting, statutory reporting, and audit processes
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex budgets and influence strategic decision-making
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial and operational information to non-specialists
Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic financial plans
Strong treasury management knowledge and experience working with lenders and funders
Confidence in preparing and interpreting complex financial models and performance reports
