Complex Legal Advisor

Location: Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd are recruiting for a Complex Legal Advisor to join a growing personal injury team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated RTA personal injury claims, including complex cases that have exited the portal.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage fast track and lower-value multi-track RTA claims

* Handle cases from portal exit through to resolution

* Conduct liability and quantum assessments

* Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties

* Maintain accurate case records

Requirements

* Experience handling RTA personal injury claims

* Knowledge of fast track and multi-track processes

* Strong analytical and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage a busy caseload
