Our client is a RICS‑regulated firm specializing in delivering end‑to‑end real estate services across London’s finest commercial, residential, retail, and leisure assets. The organisation has a multi million portfolio of mixed-use lettable space and an impressive development pipeline. Our client provide services spanning acquisition, construction, leasing, marketing, and long‑term asset management.

What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you'll drive high‑profile redevelopment, refurbishment, and construction projects within prestigious portfolio, ensuring that each project enhances asset value and aligns with our integrated approach.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and manage robust project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources across refurbishment, redevelopment, change-of-use, and fit-out initiatives.

Design & Construction Coordination
Lead coordination with architects, contractors, engineers, and external advisors to deliver high-quality execution and bespoke build processes.

Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams (e.g., development, asset management, marketing), occupiers, client advisors, and local authorities to ensure seamless collaboration.

Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all projects comply with quality standards and accredited systems (e.g., ISO 9001), as well as RICS and RICS Client Money Protection requirements.

Mobilisation & Fit‑Out Oversight
Lead mobilisation efforts to prepare assets for leasing—staffing, service-charge budgeting, utilities, IT infrastructure, safety, and security—and oversee more than 1 million sqft of fit-outs across the portfolio.

Sustainability Integration
Incorporate sustainable practices in project delivery, supporting the company sustainability ethos.

Reporting & Financial Control
Provide regular project reporting, including financial performance, risk tracking, milestones, and value-enhancement strategies.

Who You Are
Proven Project Management Track Record
Minimum 5 years in real estate development or construction management, ideally within central London mixed-use or prestige commercial/residential projects.

Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
Confident leading cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders—from contractors to senior leadership.

Regulatory & Quality Compliance
Deep understanding of RICS standards, ISO quality systems, and health & safety protocols.

Detail‑Oriented & Strategic
Excellent at juggling multiple concurrent projects, with a sharp eye for detail and proactive problem-solving ability.

Sustainability-Minded
Demonstrates commitment to sustainable construction/building practices aligned with the company environmental strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. PMP, Prince2, or RICS qualifications preferred.
