Roles here span the full stack — from trapped-ion physicists and cryogenic-systems engineers, to QEC researchers and quantum-software developers, to the applied-research and product teams at Riverlane, Quantinuum, Phasecraft and a growing list of spin-outs from the university's physics and computer-science departments.
Expect a higher proportion of on-site and hybrid roles than the UK average — most of the work involves real hardware, not just simulation.
