The Head of IT will lead Riverlane's corporate IT operations and manage the on-premises high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure. This role involves setting IT strategy, ensuring robust security, and collaborating with engineering and research teams to support quantum computing advancements.
This role involves promoting and supporting the use of Deltakit, Riverlane’s open-source software toolkit for quantum error correction. You will run workshops, give talks, support users, build relationships within the quantum community, and provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to improve Deltakit.
The role involves supporting the development of novel quantum networking hardware, including the manufacture, inspection, and testing of prototypes, design of precision components, and integration of optical devices. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create efficient and scalable quantum systems, focusing on precision engineering and user-friendly designs.
The Nanofabrication Engineer will focus on developing and testing bespoke MEMS actuators and miniaturized optical cavity modules, crucial for Nu Quantum's next-generation Qubit Photon Interface. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize high-precision assembly processes and coordinate with external foundries to refine the microfabrication flow.
