Summary:A highly experienced Senior Technical Support Analyst with over 5 years of experience in supporting and developing business-critical applications, working with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases. Demonstrated expertise in managing Linux and Windows operating systems and adhering to ITIL best practices. Proven track record in resolving incidents, problems, and changes efficiently, while ensuring seamless operations for large-scale utilities or similar industries.




Requirements


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and development for business-critical applications.
  • Work closely with business users and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
  • Manage Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, including data troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Adhere to ITIL processes, handling incident, problem, and change management.
  • Ensure smooth business operations by promptly addressing application performance and system availability issues.
  • Implement and maintain technical documentation for business applications.


Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Support Analyst.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • ITIL certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with third-party software providers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
