Senior Site Manager – High-End Residential

Are you a Senior Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-end residential projects? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take the lead on an 11,500 sqft bespoke new-build property for a private client. With one year remaining on the project timeline, this role offers an exciting opportunity to step in at a critical stage and drive the build to successful completion.
The Project for the Senior Site Manager:
• Luxury new-build residence in Kingston
• High-spec finishes with a focus on quality craftsmanship
• Currently transitioning from basement contractor to main build phase
• 12 months remaining until completion
The Senior Site Manager must have:
• Proven experience managing high-end residential projects valued up to £10m
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
• Hands-on approach, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline are met
• Relevant site management qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.)
• Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams effectively
