Technical Sales Engineer – Photonics – Home Counties – LM1233

Salary: Competitive base salary, + Package

Job Term: Full Time/Permanent/Onsite

Job Outline:

Do you have a background in Photonics, Optics or Lasers?

Based at my client’s new facility in Hertfordshire, we are looking for a new Technical Sales Engineer to support the Photonics products.

You should be an experienced Sales Engineer with a background in developing both new and existing sales opportunities.

A background in Photonics, Optoelectronics, Optomechanics or similar is required for you to work closely with a diverse range of customers across the UK.

Your time will be split between business development of new customers and supporting and developing existing customers/sales.

On a daily basis you will be talking with customers via phone and email as well as undertaking customer visits and attending trade shows as required.

Product training will be given, but an understanding of this type of technology, and its applications is required.

In return my client can offer an excellent salary, along with a bonus scheme, and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications:

It is expected that you will have a Degree in Physics, Science, or similar.
