Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join its vibrant team.

Working in a fantastic environment, with excellent career prospects and a huge earning potential in the future.

  • £24,000 - £27,000 salary (DOE)

  • Based in Leatherhead

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30pm – 5:30pm

  • Free parking

  • 20 days holidays + bank holidays

    Job specification:

  • Collect quotes for parts and services according to customer specifications.

  • Provide quotes from available stock or source materials that meet company standards.

  • Maintain and update customer opportunities within Salesforce.

  • Report to the Sales Director.

  • Resolve Non-Conforming Materials discrepancies.

  • Adhere to established parts traceability requirements.

  • Monitor shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain professional communication and relationships with vendors and customers.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.

  • Forecast, track, and achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets.

  • Travel may be required as needed.

    Person specification:

  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.

  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation.

  • Experience with Quantum CRM, Salesforce, ILS and Aeroxchange is preferred.

  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers.

  • Effective negotiation abilities.

  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other related software.

  • Advanced organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
