TucsenPhotonics is looking for a technically minded science oriented support expert who can help customers use, test and integrate their products. Tucsen produce scientific grade cameras for use in academic research (microscopy, physics, spectroscopy, etc.)

and also as components within scientific instruments (Screening, testing, analyzing machines).The primary role of the Technical Support Specialist is to provide pre-and post-sales product and integration support relating to TucsenPhotonics camera products.The position will work alongside an existing TucsenPhotonics global sales and support team to provide front line product support and assist integrators with software support.The position will require you to learn camera technology and the software used to control the cameras including programming basic example applications.The position is based in the UK office in central Birmingham. You are expected to be at the office unless working on a project or with customers which requires you to be off site. Occasionally you may be expected to work outside classical UK business hours
