We are looking to employ a Quality Technician to join the Quality Team at the Telford site. This role is important in ensuring the precision and reliability of our customers' instruments and machinery, supporting our commitment to quality and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a drive for all aspects of quality and continuous improvement, who is able to communicate effectively at all levels within the company. Responsibilities Required to ensure the production / updating of correct templates that increases the Telford capability and ensures continued relevance of existing calibrations on the multi-vendor site. Validation of Calibration reports produced to ensure compliance, quality and correct delivery to customer. Will be instrumental in the application of UKAS requirements to for Telford to maintain its Accredited status. (e.g. environmental controls, interlab comparisons, etc.) Will coordinate quality / complaint investigations across departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensures continuous compliance to Keysight global and local processes through checks and audits so that the customer gets the best service. Deputizes for the Quality Manager Qualifications Candidates must have 3 years experience in a quality based role. Should have knowledge of ISO and ISO . Must be computer literate, specifically in Excel and Word. Experience in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or other precision-driven industries would be adventageous.
