\nQED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor and to join a well-established and top tier law firm in Chelmsford, Essex.
\n
\nThe role is a Private Client Solicitor role which offers really good structure for progression and development in a successful team on hand. The role will involve managing a caseload of a wide range of areas, including Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts and Trust administration and with a supervisory element to the position.
\n
\nThe ideal candidate must:

  • \n\t
  • Have +2 years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practise\n\t
  • Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.\n\t
  • A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal, or working towards\n
