The successful candidate will either be an experienced Solicitor Advocate or a Solicitor aspiring to develop their litigation skills and must have at least 5 years’ PQE level. The successful candidates will be responsible for maximising income per case by recovering damages, including hire, repairs, recovery, and storage. Applicants must be newly admitted solicitors in Scotland, with court litigation experience and a thorough understanding of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures. The successful candidate will handle their own diverse caseload of complex and high value cases including RTA, EL/PL and vehicle and hire claims. Key tasks will involve:

• Supervising a team of solicitors managing RTA, EL/PL, injury, vehicle damage, and hire claims.
• Overseeing complex and high-value cases.
• Ensuring adherence to Scottish civil litigation rules and pre-action protocols.
• Providing expertise on liability, causation, and quantum assessments.

You will become part of a talented team covering various personal injury claims, including RTA, public liability, employer liability, and medical negligence claims.

The ideal candidate for this position will be between NQ-6 years’ PQE. The successful candidate can expect to manage their own caseload, involving both litigated and non-litigated matters.
