This is a fantastic opportunity with 'top tier' team handling caseload of EL/PL, occupiers liability and highway liability work for major insurers and corporates. Examples of work include a broad mix of cases including some more catastrophic and complex matters arising out of accidents at work.

Focus on Casualty EL/PL work across a number of sectors

The team specialises in defending casualty EL/PL claims on behalf of major insurance companies as well as other clients in the public and private sector. As a guide, the successful candidate will:

Progress their own caseload of fast track and multi track EL/PL matters from cradle to grave with supervision;
make early liability assessments on matters and be able to come to a decision on liability.
assess quantum.
Draft pleadings as well as witness statements and instructions to counsel
Attend in conference and trials
