Our client, a leading aerospace MRO facility, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day activities of its Inspection sections. This role focuses on team leadership, workload planning, and process adherence using the Quantum ERP system. The successful candidate will ensure efficient operation aligned with production schedules, foster strong team morale, and support staff development through training and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule workloads for the Inspection team.
Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations.
Oversee equipment and consumables, including maintenance and stock control.
Lead performance reviews, training, and basic disciplinary actions.
Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Experience & Skills:

Proven leadership in a production or engineering workshop.
Familiarity with ERP systems; computer literate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while upholding quality standards.
Skilled in team development and technical problem-solving.

This role wil be based on site 5 days a week
