The Role


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Tier 1 Ranked Legal 500 firm recognised for providing specialised, high-quality legal services to both businesses and individuals. Following recent growth and expansion, the firm is looking for skilled Paralegals to join its RTA team, where you will manage your own caseload, offering guidance on liability and quantum.


The ideal candidate will have significant experience, particularly in handling pre-litigated RTA cases. Your responsibilities will include a range of tasks such as conducting initial investigations, gathering witness statements, reviewing medical records, assessing quantum, and negotiating settlements. This is a great opportunity to further develop your expertise within a dynamic team.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Paralegal with experience in managing caseloads of MOJ/OIC claims
  • Background in handling Credit Hire cases
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while managing a varied caseload
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Professional and effective communicator with colleagues and clients
