Design advanced optical and photonic components and systems. Lead and manage team performance to deliver exceptional results. Collaborate on prototype construction and testing. Degree in Engineering or Physics (PhD preferred). Proficiency with optical design software such as Zemax. Background in satellite communications, industrial sensing, or biomedical imaging is advantageous.
