Sacco Mann are recruiting for afull-service commercial firmin the heart of Newcastle, who are recruiting for an experiencedIndustrial Disease Solicitorto join their team. The role would suit anIndustrial Disease Solicitorwith upwards of 1-2 years' post qualifying experience.

The Role

Joining theaward-winning personal injury team,you will be representing bothnational and international clientsworking on a caseload consisting of mainlyNoise Induced Hearing Loss claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking client instructions
  • Obtaining medical evidence
  • Quantum and negotiations
  • Issuing proceedings and taking cases through to conclusion

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor between1 - 3 years PQE, in Disease work
  • Previous experience in managing own caseload of Noise Damage claims
  • Strong client communication skills
