They are currently looking to grow their team, and as part of this growth they are looking to add an FPGA Engineer to their design team. As an FPGA Engineer, you’ll have the chance to work on projects at the forefront of quantum hardware, from prototyping to production, impacting industries like cybersecurity, high-performance computing, and communications. FPGA Engineer Responsibilities:

• Design and implement FPGA systems (VHDL/Verilog) for signal processing, data acquisition, and control.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine FPGA architecture.
• Develop and test communication protocols (Ethernet, PCI, USB, etc.).
• Optimise performance, power, and resource utilisation of FPGA designs.

They are looking for an FPGA Engineer with the following Skillset:

• Experience in FPGA design and hardware interfaces.
• Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog and FPGA architectures (Xilinx, Intel, Microsemi).
• Developing and implementing communication protocols.
• Writing in C/C++.
• Running simulations using tools such as QuestaSim or Modelsim.
• Signal Processing and Algorithm development experience.
