    Are you a confident leader with a background in engineering and production? We’re hiring an Engineering Manager on behalf of a respected manufacturing business based in Ramsgate. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of operations and lead a skilled and motivated team.

    Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing daily operations of the department
  • Scheduling workloads using Quantum ERP
  • Implementing and maintaining SOPs
  • Training and leading team members
  • Conducting performance reviews and handling initial HR matters
  • Overseeing machine maintenance (planned & preventative)
  • Monitoring stock of workshop consumables
  • Allocating resources to meet production schedules
  • Supporting new product introduction
  • Enforcing H&S and compliance standards
  • Following overhaul manuals and CMMs
  • Working closely with customer support for service delivery
    What we’re looking for:
  • Engineering or manufacturing industry experience
  • Leadership experience in a workshop or production setting

  • Confident using ERP systems (Quantum experience a plus)
