You will be responsible for: Developing, building, and delivering technical solutions to customers based on IBM Business Automation technologies with a focus on Content Management, Business Automation Workflow, DataCap, etc. Work on installation, configuration and upgrade of IBM products like Business Automation Workflow, ECM, DataCap, Process Mining, etc. Support customer for problem identification and resolution. Hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Technologies such as IBM FileNet Content Manager, Content Manager On Demand, Business Automation Workflow, Operational Decision Manager, DataCap, WatsonX Orchestrate etc. Ability to estimate effort to deliver solutions/projects. Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into solution architecture design, documentation, and best practices.
