You will be responsible for: Developing, building, and delivering technical solutions to customers based on IBM Business Automation technologies with a focus on Content Management, Business Automation Workflow, DataCap, etc. Work on installation, configuration and upgrade of IBM products like Business Automation Workflow, ECM, DataCap, Process Mining, etc. Support customer for problem identification and resolution. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Business Automation technologies. Being seen as a subject matter expert in Cloud Paks to customers and colleagues. Identify and assist in the leveraging of new, potential areas of technology and/or industry which should be of interest to Business Automation which will generate revenue. Be aware and willing to coach both internal and external stakeholders around key developments in IBM Business Automation technologies. Supporting client advocacy practices within Expert Labs (such as client success stories, references and NPS). Making all your customers successful whilst achieving key metrics for yourself and Expert Labs. Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices in delivering IT projects. Good communication skills to articulate challenges and solutions in a client environment. in delivering IT projects. Hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Technologies such as IBM FileNet Content Manager, Content Manager On Demand, Business Automation Workflow, Operational Decision Manager, DataCap, WatsonX Orchestrate etc. Ability to estimate effort to deliver solutions/projects. Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into solution architecture design, documentation, and best practices.
