We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1 ranked: Legal 500 Firm within their Serious & Catastrophic Personal Injury Team.


Our client is looking for an experienced lawyer to run RTA cases at the Large Loss level including brain injuries, spinal injuries, and fatality claim in excess of £1M.


This is a specialist RTA position with preference to candidates who have working knowledge of the MIB, Indemnity and Article 75 Liability.


You will be working with Leading Legal 500 Ranked Partners at a firm with fantastic progression opportunities within a supportive environment on high profile cases. There will be minimal office attendance required at one of their National offices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist on multi-track RTA cases in excess of £1M
  • Report on indemnity, liability and quantum
  • Review medical records and take witness statements
  • Draft court documents and provide complex client advice
  • Attend conferences, JSMs and negotiate settlements

The Candidate


  • Experience working on Large Loss Personal Injury claims is essential
  • Knowledge of complex indemnity arguments
