Clinical Negligence - Solicitor / Legal Executive - Liverpool - Hybrid
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a Top 100 Law Firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals nationally.
The firm is recognised for its outstanding client care and high-quality work. Due to the development and expansion of the Clinical Negligence department, they are now seeking to appoint a Solicitor / Legal Executive to take on some high quality claims (mixture of pre and post litigated) and help drive a thriving team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in Clinical Negligence and specifically handling their own caseload from inception to settlement. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of investigating liability/quantum and instructing experts.
The Candidate
- Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive
- Minimum 2 years experience in Clinical Negligence
- Experience of handling their own caseload
- Litigation experience is preferred but not essential
- Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent client care skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
