How you will create an impact
Focused onUK Claims Financial Lines,you willbe responsible foraportfolio ofhigh value, complexclaims from coverageinquiry through legal liability assessment and quantum analysis, totimelyandaccurateresolution.
Your goal will betimely,accurateand customer-focused claim resolution,minimizingindemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense– you will actively promote anddemonstratethe principles of‘Treating Customers Fairly’in claims handling.
As a senior member of the team, you will act as a deputy fortheTeam Manager, and will provide training,and be a technical referral pointfor colleagues.
