You'll be working on arange of complex and interesting disputes arising from liveconstruction and infrastructure projects. The team regularlyadvises on payment issues, defects, delays, professionalnegligence, and contract interpretation—handling matters throughadjudication, arbitration, mediation, and litigation, including inthe Court of Session.
