The Director, Solutions Architecture will lead the technical vision and team for strategic customer accounts, shaping and delivering quantum computing solutions. Key responsibilities include coaching the team, managing the technical pipeline, and aligning customer needs with Quantinuum’s research and product capabilities.
As the Chief Architect for Developer Tools, you will lead the technical direction for Quantinuum’s quantum software tools, working closely with hardware teams to ensure the software stack is scalable and optimized. You will mentor senior engineers, set coding standards, and drive the technical roadmap to deliver robust, production-ready systems.
As a Senior Quantum Engineer, you will work closely with experimental experts to benchmark and optimize quantum processors based on silicon quantum dots. You will develop automated calibration routines, devise measurement and analysis roadmaps, and contribute to the development of scalable quantum computers in a dynamic, high-impact team environment.
This role involves hands-on block-level layout design, parasitic extraction, and optimization of layouts for quantum processors. You will collaborate closely with the design team, perform top-level floor-planning, and provide tool/flow support for analogue and layout design.
