We are looking to hire aTeam Lead – Hardwarewithin the Electronics Group to realize the electronic solution of our Quantum Computer. What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Technical decision maker on the complex integrated electronics solution of our Quantum Computer.
  • Design, build and test electronics solutions using analogue and digital circuit design together with industry standard CAD packages and test equipment.
  • Develop your experience in a broad range of electronic engineering subject areas.
  • Encourage multidisciplinary collaboration of your team with mechanical engineers, software engineers, physicists, quantum hardware engineers, and external suppliers to ensure an integrated solution.
  • Mentor senior and junior team members on electronics idea creation, design, build and test and working collaboratively as a team.
  • Work with Program Managers to provide estimates of your team’s work to allow cohesive schedules to be met and report on those projects progress.
  • Communicate risks and issues early and comprehensively, and proactively identify and closure the resolution.
  • Manage commercials and engagements with suppliers.
