To ensure the safety and security of people, assets, and facilities across the region by providing expert guidance, managing security operations and vendors, maintaining robust procedures, and leading effective incident response, while driving continuous improvement and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities
フィジカルセキュリティに関するリージョンの主要アドバイザーおよびエスカレーションポイントとしての専門的助言・提言の提供セキュリティサービスプロバイダー、ビル管理会社、サプライヤー、地方自治体・関係当局との関係統括および管理、ならびに Statement of Work（業務委託契約）への厳格な遵守確保とサービス品質・運用効率の継続的改善の推進拠点SOP、警備員SOP、緊急対応手順を含む、全拠点におけるセキュリティ運用手順の策定・維持および継続的改善、ならびに正確性・コンプライアンス・実効性の確保Quantinuumが物理的に管理していない拠点（従業員が常駐しないITコロケーション施設内の自社保有サーバーエリア等を含む）における従業員および資産の安全・セキュリティの監督警備業務委託先（ガードコントラクター）および関連業務の統括管理、ならびに警備プロセス・手順の文書化、検証、教育、定期的更新の確保セキュリティ予算全体に沿った予算計画および年度内予算管理への参画、PO作成、請求書承認、調達部門と連携したベンダー審査プロセスの実施年次アセスメントに基づくリスク低減提案を踏まえた、監視カメラ、入退室管理、警報システム等に関する中長期的・複数拠点にわたる設備投資計画の策定およびギャップ解消定期アセスメント以外も含めた、建物およびサブリース拠点の継続的評価と改善・アップグレード機会の特定標準手順および建物要件に沿った、入退室バッジ管理および関連プロセスの運用管理HRと連携した、高リスクまたは機微なケースを含む従業員の退職・離職対応の管理、ならびに適切なリスク低減、エスカレーション防止、秩序ある安全な退出手順の遵守確保規程違反や報告されたインシデントを含む従業員セキュリティ案件の主要窓口としての対応、ならびに冷静かつ明確で適切な配慮を伴うセキュリティ要件の伝達リージョンにおける重大な緊急事態発生時のインシデントコマンドの主導、およびオペレーション、拠点リーダー、経営層、IT、HSE、HR、その他関係者との連携本ポジションには、日本国内およびシンガポールへの定期的な出張が含まれます。
Serve as the principal advisor and escalation point for the region on physical security matters, delivering expert guidance and recommendations.Oversee and manage relationships with security service providers, building management, suppliers, local government agencies, ensuring strict adherence to Statements of work and driving continuous improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.Own the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all site security operating procedures, including site SOP’s, guard SOP’s, and emergency response procedures, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness.Oversee the safety and security of our employees at other locations not physically controlled by Quantinuum, this includes spaces such as IT co-locations with no employees but specified areas containing owned server equipment.Manage guard contractors and all related taskings, ensuring the guard’s processes and procedures are written, verified, trained , and updated on a routine basis.Contributes to budget planning and in‑year budget management. Conduct budget management in line with the overall security budget for relevant locations including creating POs, fulfilling invoicing approvals, and vendor screening process with procurement.Develop long-term multi-site capital plans for cameras, access control, alarms taking mitigation recommendations from annual assessments and builds plans to meet the identified gaps.Constantly evaluate buildings and sub-leased spaces for gaps and potential upgrades outside these assessments.Manage badge access control and processes in line with standard procedures and building requirements.Partner with HR to manage all employee separations, including high-risk or sensitive situations, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation, de-escalation, and strict adherence to secure and orderly exit protocolsServe as the primary point of contact for employee security matters, including policy violations and reported incidents, communicating security requirements clearly, calmly, and with appropriate discretionLead incident command during major emergencies in region on behalf of the security team, coordinating with operations, site leadership, executive management, IT, HSE, HR, and other stakeholders as desired.This role includes regular travel within Japan and to Singapore.Must Have

Minimum 4–6 years of experience working in physical security programs, or a Bachelor’s degree combined with relevant experience.Fluency in both Japanese and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with local teams, external partners, and global stakeholders.In accordance with national security and export control regulations imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates must meet applicable technical access eligibility requirements.
