The Graduate Marketing Executive role is tailored for a recent marketing graduate who wants to gain practical, real-world experience in digital marketing. As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you will work directly with senior leadership and receive clear instructions on what to do, how to do it, and the standards required — ensuring you learn quickly while contributing to live campaigns from day one.

This is not a hands-off or isolated role — the Graduate Marketing Executive will be closely supported, with feedback and guidance provided consistently to help you grow.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you will:

Create and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Design marketing visuals using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Assist with website updates and basic content management

Draft and edit marketing copy for blogs, email campaigns, and digital collateral

Support CRM upkeep (HubSpot or similar) and lead generation workflows

Assist with SEO tasks and performance tracking under supervision

Help plan webinars and marketing events

Coordinate basic automation tasks using AI tools (Zapier, Make, N8N) — training provided

Requirements
